You know the opening around the tip of your penis. The part around your hole on the top. Us guys do not have a name for that. Therefore me and my friend have created the saying penial cheeks they are like butt cheeks but on your penis. It may sound dumb but if you think about it we make a point. We are not talking about the hole we are talking about the thing that is above the hole when it's closed.
