Petition for non-mandatory vaccine

1. Subject of petition: This petition was compiled by the citizens of South Africa to request that whatever vaccination is bought by the South African Government for South African citizens, may that vaccination not be made mandatory for the citizens of South Africa who choose not to take it.Our request is that may the vaccination not be made mandatory whether it be for:banking, occupation , traveling, schooling or purchasing of basic needs etc. Our request is for the vaccination to be taken by a citizen out of free will, as the citizen makes their own decision to take the vaccination or not.

    

2. Motivation for petition: Our citizen's free will as we can choose what is good for us as individuals especially relating to our health is what motivated this petition. We do not feel nor believe that it is constitutionally right for us as a free people to be forced to take a vaccination nor do anything without our consent. We believe in free will and in freedom of choice.In a situation where a citizen decides not to take the vaccination, their decision does not put other citizens at risk who choose to take it because if they have the vaccination, their bodies would help them combat the Covid-19 Virus and prevent it from being contracted . It should be a citizen’s choice to take the vaccination or not, knowing fully the risk that if the vaccination is not taken due to personal beliefs or religious convictions, no one is to be blamed for their potential death nor the State to be health accountable but it is solely on the decision the citizen took.

3. Nature of relief from government:We ask that the Government adhere to the constitution of South Africa. We are an independent country not ruled by any individual or entity whether within the country or outside the country . We have never signed our country ( whether publically or privately according to our knowledge ) to join any One World Governing System. We are Africans.We have African solutions for African people. What Europe decides to do should not be what African countries follow. We therefore ask the Government not to violate the constitution of South Africa by going against our Basic Human Rights, whether it be for a pandemic or any other reason . If the Government is to go against the constitution it would send out a unpleasant message to the citizens of South Africa . Should there be any reason the South African Government break the Constitution Laws, it would cause a mistrust between the State and the citizens which may cause anarchy in the country which is the last thing needed among all the dilemmas we already hold as a nation.

4. Intended recipient(s): This petition should be received by the Parliament, the Committee of Private Members on Legislative Proposals,the National Assembly and the President of the Replublic of South Africa.
   We are a country driven by morals and ethics solely because above by the Government, we are governed by God.We are His people. We therefore ask that the Government respects our rights, as equally as we respect the authority and governance the State has been given over us.
