Proper services to the suburb of Norkem Park and Birchleigh North

We the udersigned hereby demand that the City Of Ekurhuleni provided proper services to the suburb of Norkem Park and Birchleigh North, the sporadic collection of refuse as well as the general decay of our suburbs can no longer be tolerated, in addion , we call on the Porfolio Committee  on Co-operative Governance and Tradional Affairs to investigate the decline of basic service in our suburb and report back to the community  within 30 days of receiving this petition.
