Provide urgent maintenance to storm water infrastructure in Nigel!
We the residents of Nigel, Ekurhuleni, call on the MMC for Infrastructure Services, Cllr. Masele Madihlaba, to urgently provide the much needed maintenance to the storm water facilities in the community. The recent heavy rains have exposed how the ageing infrastructure is taking strain due to the lack of regular maintenance by the City.
In addition, we call on the City of Ekurhuleni to fill critical vacancies within the Roads & Storm Water Department, and ensure that contractors are readily available to sevice the equipment needed to maintain the storm water infrastructure.
