Recall U.S Senators Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray of Washington

Petition to recall U.S. Senators Patty Murray(D) and Maria Cantwell(D) of Washington State for Oath of Office Violations and Incompetence. This petition is for the population of registered Washington State Voters who disapprove of the actions of these two Senators and wish to officially recall them from their elected positions as Senators of the State of Washington. The recall of elected officials is allowed under Washington law, pursuant to Washington Constitution Article I 33, on the grounds of physical or mental lack of fitness, incompetence, violation of oath of office, official misconduct, or conviction of certian felony offenses. Senators Murray and Cantwell have repeatedly shown incompetense in their duties by failing to adequately represent the majority of Washingtonians during all voting processes in Washington D.C. These two Senators repeatedly vote their conscience instead of the will of the people of Washington State. These two Senators have also repeatedly violated their oaths of office by failing to support the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of Washington State. They have by their actions violated the rights of the State of Washington and it citizens as guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Senators Murray and Cantwell's actions and voting record clearly show that they have gone beyond the powers granted to elected officials under Artical I section 8 of the United States Constitution, and that they no longer represent the common citizen of the State of Washington, nor do they represent the Military members of this State or this Nation as is clearly shown by their involvment in the latest budget which clearly takes away monies from the currently retired or the future retirees of the Armed Forces of the United States, but instead is swayed by special interest groups and party politics that are so prevalent in Washington D.C. Futhermore these Senators are causing grave damage to the security and stability of the State of Washington and the nation by crippling the people of both with indefensible and unmanageable debt through their actions. The people of Washington State deserve and demand to be adequately represented at all levels of government by their elected officials. If there is sufficient interest in this petition of recall, which will be evidenced by the number of signatures from the registered voters of the State of Washington, then a formal recall of the Senators Murray and Cantwell will be initiated following the protocal set forth in the Washington Code for such recalls.
