Rejudge of GEC2K19 Editing Contest

Reason why: The judges to this years GEC2K19 have had no prior experience with editing themselves, and therefore do not know what is considered good over bad, and what is considered value over garbage. By signing this petition you agree to these standards and want a rejudge of GEC2k19.
