RENT FORGIVENESS

COVID 19  is having a devastating effect on small businesses, workers and non salaried employees. Many students were not able to go to their home and they don't have any kind of social protection.Cancelling rent payments for students ( doing online classes conducting by different universities) staying in hostels, PGs would releive financial pressure and will allow the students to forget about the concern of rent. Our health insurance is unreliable. Supposed that we contracted the virus, we got sick, who's gonna care, we are not  with our families . If anything happens to us, there is no insurance at all. Everyone deserves equal rights and equal help by the government. Our Indian government should act in a similar fashion to Italy and mandate the suspension of rent payments during the corona virus pandemic.
