Roller Skating Rink For Madison, SD

I would like to start a petition to either have the old skating rink rebuilt and opend; or have a new one built.  It will give our children more things that are health and fun.  This will also bring more buisness to the community being there are not many skating rinks around or close to our area. I think this would be an exciting thing for Madison and the whole Lake County surrounding areas. So please help me to bring this back to our beautiful Madison Community!
