Safer road repair or gaurd rail installation. Corner at dogtail and. Berkshire rd.

Today my daughter slid on all the oil on the road into a ditch and 3 hours prior another car did the same exact thing. Something needs to be done with this dangerous corner. Lucky parts on a car are replacable but not daughter or someone elses kid or family member are not . The county have been called and we have been spoken to rudely and told there is nothing they can do. Which is utterly not true.
