Save Newton Creek Wetlands

Please Help “Save Newton Creek Wetlands,”

A Priceless Community Treasure!

Newton Creek is home of obligate wetlands and upland prairies, two of the rarest habitats in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.

Today, Newton Creek and surrounding wetlands are threatened by a proposed RV park along with a storage site and flex space.  There are proposals to add 3,400 cubic yards (that's 340 truck loads) of rock and fill along the edge of Newton Creek.

The wetlands and native species need protection and you can help by signing this petition.

We, the undersigned, encourage the Army Corps of Engineers to Protect this Fragile Wetlands and its Ecosystem from the RV Park Development.
