Iv walked past this man and his dog he is the most kindest man and dog in the city should leave him be and keep his best friend with him

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3203

I see this gentleman and his dog every weekend. There is nothing vicious about it! Why take away the mans only thing in life! How about you try housing him with his furry friend instead of taking it away from him!

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3205

I've lived here for three years now,my little boy who is now 5,strokes the dog every time he see It, she just lies there and enjoys the love, she is not vicious I've not ever heard her bark, please leave the dogs alone and let this nice man keep the loves of his life

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3209

The dogs aren't aggressive they're just protecting their best friend.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3211

This is a total disgrace - you would have to be a complete ignorant moron to see this dog as dangerous! Some people should focus on more important things rather than bullying the homeless and their beautiful dogs!

(Norwich , 2017-01-23)

#3213

Whenever I've been to town and seen him, Ive never seenthe dog do anything but sit under his blanket.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3216

My grandad was once homeless... so I defiantly know how important those dogs must be to him.

(Rutland, 2017-01-23)

#3220

I have previously met his dog on many occasions. Bitsy is not vicious, neither is he dangerous. To murder his dog would be immoral and wrong! Why would you kill an innocent dog and a mans best friend. This man clearly has few things in his life, do not take away his dearest friend.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3224

I believe Eddie should be allowed to keep both his dogs & I do not believe they are viscous, they are his companions

(Co Waterford , 2017-01-23)

#3227

A dog is mans best friend,

(Alzey , 2017-01-23)

#3228

Think this is a disgrace

#3230

We are all human and should be treated as such. This class division has to stop now! STOP PUNISHING THE VURNERABLE AND POOR for your own satisfaction.

(Glasgow, 2017-01-23)

#3231

I imagina a companion whilst homeless is essential to giving some small ounce of hope in a dark period of life. I have walked past this man many times, never has the dog seemed vicious.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3232

I'm signing because this dog is a sighthound, a good natured breed of dog, who will generally only bite in retaliation or if provoked. A gentle breed and a loyal friend to this homeless man who needs comfort and kindness, not for his companion to be taken from him.

(Stirling, 2017-01-23)

#3238

Leave him alone! That dog is lovely!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3242

Inhuman and cruel

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3250

There is no truth in this accusation the dog doesn't even move

(Peterbirough, 2017-01-23)

#3252

The dog is not viciouse for sure.i see both lads every day couple of years.

#3259

A dog should not be put to sleep because it is reacting to stress.

(Hertford, 2017-01-23)

#3273

This man goes through enough on a daily basis now they want to take his best friend it's cruel and wrong

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3274

This is not right to take away this mans beautiful dogs.

(La Marina, 2017-01-23)

#3280

I disagree how the homeless man is being treat. He has spoke out and said his dogs have never bitten or bothered anyone so why can't the council and authorities just leave him alone.!!

(Wisbech , 2017-01-23)

#3281

Dogs can't speak up for themselves, and you wouldn't put a person down so why a dog.

(Holbeach, 2017-01-23)

#3283

His dogs are safe and have not hurt anybody. Let him be with his dogs.

(Hertfordshire, 2017-01-23)

#3284

I think it's disgusting to take a dogs life to prove a point

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3287

I've seen his dog on numerous occasions and always placid, calm. Never once seen it out of control. It's always tucked up asleep next to his dad. It's ridiculous accusations!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3288

Because I see this man and his dog on a regular basis never has that dog been horrid it has been friendly!

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3289

Live and let live and if the council disapprove they should rehouse him and his dogs

(Cambridgeshire , 2017-01-23)

#3291

This is such an unfair situation, this is all he has. I walk by this dog and it is calm and does not harm a soul

(Cambridgeshire , 2017-01-23)

#3292

You can see very clear in this video that dog is not vicious or out of control, I think it's disgusting the way this man is Being treated! What has he done to deserve this , you can see that dog is his life, and clearly see that's all he's got so taking that dog away from him would kill him, I think you need to stop wasting time and start sorting out some real crime because there's a lot more worse things going on in this town ,that Iv been hearing lately , so try concentrating on them and doing your job proply , thanks for listening Kerry

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3297

A mans home is his castle and a dog is mans best friend. This guy does not have a home and now the council want to take the only thing left. What sort of people are they?

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3300

He hasn't got a home, don't take away his family too.

(Cambridge, 2017-01-23)

(peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3310

Please leave him alone his dogs are not vicious. If they look it then surely that's good it will stop anyone attacking him like what happens to homeless people. Dogs protect their owners

(Slough, 2017-01-23)

#3311

Because a dog is mans best friend and on the streets he is his friend soul mate and protector - lets be sensible and also show some humanity here.

(Huntingdon, 2017-01-23)

#3316

Nobody has the right to make decisions about another person's pet, unless it's classed as a dangerous breed which I believe it isn't. They obviously have this dog mixed up with his other dog who has already been banned from the city centre even though that isn't classed as a dangerous breed. What? Because some idiot that works for the council doesn't like dogs and homeless people. Disgusting! Eddie has been living rough in Peterborough for years and I hope you can see that what you're planning on doing will destroy him. Totally unfair and derogatory!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3318

I have worked with dogs for years and can clearly see this dog is not aggressive or out of control !!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3319

As an animal lover I think this is disgusting picking on someone who should be helped

(Cambridge, 2017-01-23)

#3321

I am signing the petition as I dont agee to a healthy animal being put to sleep or an old mans heart being broken, especially as he has nothing else in his life of any value. Please don't let this happen.

(Doncaster, 2017-01-23)

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

(Market rasen, 2017-01-23)

#3350

I've met this man and his dog. My children have stroked his dog. The dog didn't present a danger at all. Don't take the only thing he has that can be taken, show some humanity!

(Liverpool , 2017-01-23)

#3353

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3357

(Godmanchester , 2017-01-23)

#3364

I travel to peterborough a lot and used to be there everyday when back in college, Eddie's dogs have never once been "violent" or "out of control" on any of the occasions I have been there. Taking his dogs is not right!!

(March, 2017-01-23)

#3369

This is outrageous that this man and his dogs can be treated in this way.

(Skegness , 2017-01-23)

#3370

not only am i a ex serving army bod , but i am homeless myself , and a huge animal lover and kind human being to anyne and everyone , from what i just saw fro the video on facebook and looking at the dog or dogs in question i can see no victuos behaviour from any of the dogs in wuestion , the only thing i can see is a very scared and tire dog or dogs , lying next to there master whislt on their leads , so no laws are being broken here , also i not only see a very upset animal , but a very well mannered and respectable owner who loves his dog more than the people who hate him in this world , homelessness is a major thing happening here in britain and for many such as my self who have no place to call home , no body to call family or lover , spouse and no friends etc the faithful companion aka mans best friend is his dog and this man needs his dogs , he should not have to go to court just because some rich pricks in ties say this and that about someones animal etc , you can't tell me that they don't have animals themselves that are victious also ? todays modern sociaty and the lack of love for people in the world sickens me and to take a man ho has nothing but his own heart and love for his faithful companion is bloody ridiculous ....... that is why i am not only signing this petition but also making everyone awarethat they need to look , listen and learn before assuming the facts or fiction etc..... hopefully the right thing is done ere and this man and his pooches are left in peace to do what they do ..... bless the poor man .

(Wolverhampton, 2017-01-23)

#3372

Leave this poor man and his dogs alone,if they were viscious would he keep them,I think not.

(Skelmersdale, 2017-01-23)

#3373

Talked to this man many times, most genuine guy.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)

#3374

I'm a regular visitor to town center in Peterborough and never had any issue with Bitsy or Floyd. Floyd has always been polite and Bitsy has always been gentle even toward my very hyper 4 year old, The fact that it has come to this is ridiculous the dog is harmless leave them alone

(Peterbrough , 2017-01-23)

#3375

These dogs are the love of his life, destroying them is simply heartless and totally unnecessary. Find another way of dealing with the situation instead of the knee jerk killing of his only loyal companions in life.

(Southport, 2017-01-23)

#3378

I stroked this dog today and he's far from viscous. I've only ever heard his bark twice and I don't know about you but most dogs bark at each other. Have a heart and don't break this means heart!

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3382

I'm signing because destroying 2 innocent dogs lives are unessesary and cruel!

(Exeter, 2017-01-23)

#3383

Eddie doesn't have much but what he does have are his dogs. They keep him company and are his family.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3384

The dog is no threat to anyone - and I am someone who is quite nervous around dogs. It is very well behaved.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3386

I am signing this because I don't feel its unfair to take this man's dogs.

(Bedford, 2017-01-23)

#3387

Cuz***** the council

(Peterborough, 2017-01-23)

#3390

To be homeless must be terrible and hope that his situation changes.
To have his dogs taken away from him is dreadful.

(Northamptonshire, 2017-01-23)

#3398

I have walked past this man and his dig many many times without any incident. His dog is normally under a blanket and either sleeping or watching the world go by. No danger to anybody. I am incensed at the injustice here.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-23)
