#5I DO NOT WANT any more traffic!! It is horrible!!
Diana Scott (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#8I oppose the apartment complex at Wilderness Oaks and Blanco. The streets and schools cannot handle this burden.
Carol Michot (San Antonio , 2017-02-10)
#12I STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS REZONING TO MULTIFAMILY. IT WILL NOT BENEFIT THE VALUE OF OUR PROPERTY, AND WILL INCREASE TRAFFIC, CONGESTION AS WELL AS OVERCROWDING IN OUR SCHOOLS. IT HAS BEEN POINTED OUT THAT ALTHOUGH HEB OWNS THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION THERE IS NO REASON FOR IT TO SELL TO ANOTHER GROCERY STORE AND IT HAS 2 OTHER STORES NEARBY. PROBABLY THE PROPERTY WILL GO FOR A SMALL RETAIL STRIP CENTER OR EVEN AN OFFICE BUILDING, MOST LIKELY HIGHEST AND BEST USE. I BELIEVE WE ARE BEING MISLEAD BY THE "STATISTICS" WITH WHICH WE ARE BEING PRESENTED.
MARILYNN GLASSCOCK (SAN ANTONIO, TX, 2017-02-10)
#13Opposed to apartments on blanco and wilderness oak
Anthony Bushur (San antonio, 2017-02-10)

Cynthia Cancienne (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
Marshael Lewis (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#22In an already congested area, traffic-wise an apartment complex is among the worst options that could be implemented
Evan Shimek (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#24I am against apartments at proposed location.
Mionte Boedeker (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)

Brian Pietsch (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#27Opposed the apartment development at Blanco re &amp; Wilderness Oak, San Antonio TX
Emily Wang (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#29I am AGAINST developing the land at Blanco Rd and Wilderness Oak. The traffic is already bad during rush hour and to add approximately 600 more vehicles to that area is very insane and irresponsible. I live in Stone Oak Meadows (directly across the street) and can never get out or into my subdivision during rush hour or even during peak hours. Even if a stop light is installed, there is gridlock on Wilderness Oak and Blanco that a stop light would not help. You develop areas but you do nothing to the infrastructure around the newly developed area that the homeowners living in that area suffer for more money for a city that does not use it correctly. Crime has also increased in the area and it will rise even more with an apartment complex across the street. Our property values will suffer and our homes will be much harder to sell with an apartment complex across the street.
Melissa Albert (SAN Antonio , 2017-02-10)
#33We are opposed to the City of San Antonio's Plan Amendment #16084. We already struggle with the heavy traffic at Wilderness Oak and Blanco Road. We feel strongly this is a terrible plan for that will compound existing problems of over-populated schools, traffic, and worries of lower property values. We say NO to this proposal!
Jose and Angeles Garcia (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#37I'm concerned with traffic problems due to a large amount of residents from an apartment complex. Traffic is already very congested at the intersection of Blanco and Wilderness Oak during peak times.
Sandy Burris (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#38I am against the Plan Amendment #16084. Would increase the traffic that is already to heavy.
Anthony Burris (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#40I vehemently oppose the construction of apartments at Wilderness Oak and Blanco. The traffic at this very intersection is already unbearable and the addition of more vehicles during rush hour will leave the residents of Stone Oak locked in traffic and unable to get to work/school etc.
Kellie Hogan (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#41I oppose the proposed apartment complex at Wilderness Oak and Blanco rd.
Susan Ramirez (San Antonio , 2017-02-10)
#42We don't need more traffic, especially with Hardy Oak still blocked.
Rebecca WOODWORTH (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#47I am concerned for the safety of residents in nearby neighborhoods, possible crime increase, and congested schools in the district.
Juan pablo De loera (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#50I oppose the building of apartments at Blanco & Wilderness Oak - the area is already extremely congested and this will further cause problems that have not been planned for in this intersection and area
Paula Armstrong (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#51Increased traffic and crime in recent years has negatively impacted the quality of life for area residents, all of which also factors into our home values. We need more in the way of increased road capacity in the area before increasing the population.
Karl Bartz (San Antonio , 2017-02-10)
#52We already have too much traffic and crowed schools
Clayton Lake (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
Kristina Gager (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#56Our roads can't handle it and enough with the over packing of residence in the area.
Dana Kroon (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#57I am against the zoning being changed.
Michele Skeans (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#58I oppose the plan against the city of San Antonio plan admendment #16084 that proposes to re-zone the land at Wilderness Oaks and Blanco to urban Tier zone.
Jeannette Droll (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#59I'm signing this petition because the long term harm that the proposed apartment building project would directly cause in our community.
Robert Jackson (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#63I am opposed to an apartment complex at the intersection of Blanco Road and Wilderness Oak on the grounds that another 300 or so vehicles in that area will add to the extremely conjested area. Especially during the morning and evening "rush hours". This intersection is already very dangerous and I have seen several fairly serious accident there.
David Lewis (San Antonio, 2017-02-10)
#64Against Apartment construction

#73The traffic is horrendous and the roads can not handle more volume!
Jeanne Wentzell (San antonio, 2017-02-11)
#75The traffic in Stone is such that an additional 300 unit apartment complex will only exacerbate the already ridiculous situation. I am also against more apartments in this area as the crime has increased exponentially with each new complex that has been built!
Brenda Hutcheson-Hinojosa (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#76Opposed to apartment complex being built at the intersection of Wilderness and Blanco Rd.
Shannon Latronico (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)

Gina Wolf (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#87I oppose to build apartment complex across the street.
Delfina Suastegui (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#88I'm signing because I have been a resident here for 10 years now and these apartments are not needed. This can have a dramatic effect in our community. WE DON'T AGREE. DO NOT BUILD THESE!
Britney Cortes (San Antonio , 2017-02-11)
#89The current infrastructure will not support a complex of this size. Nor will the currently under strength police department.
Dave Harris (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
Laura Garza (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#94I oppose the plans to build a 300 unit apartment complex on Blanco Road and Wilderness Oak.
Veronica Trevino Garcia (San Antonio , 2017-02-11)
#96No apartments! Period!
Lara Mcdaniel (San antonio, 2017-02-11)
#101One of many concerns: There is only one exit and the street cannot handle that much traffic from 300 new apartments, Terra Bella, The Heights, Bent Tree plus HEB!
Michael Jaeger (San antonio, 2017-02-11)
#104I'm in favor if this petition as I do not want apartments in this area due to traffic congestion and it will lower value of our area.
Annette Gibbs (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#106there is already an overabundance of housing and traffic in this area.
we are landlocked by Camp Bullis and adding an additional 300 units (arguably 500 more vehicles) is going to drastically impact and already overcrowded area.
Robert Phelan (san antonio, 2017-02-11)
#107Already too much congestion. Fix infracture before adding to the problems that local residents experience on a daily basis.
Chris Luera (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#110Crime in our neighborhood will increase with the addition of these apartments, including burglary, vehicle theft, and drunk driving.
Sarah Szuminski (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#112we are covered up out it with apartments, the traffic as increased and the crime is going up and up. We do not, do not, do not need more cars and traffic problems. Please, Please stop the addition of more apartments. Thank You
Jess D. Brown (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#113The traffic at that location already makes it dangerous to leave our subdivision. Adding apartments into the mix will only create a more dangerous situation
Ann Dumais (San Antonio, TX, 2017-02-11)
#114I oppose the building of an apartment complex at this location.
Tracy Segrato (San Antonio , 2017-02-11)
#119I oppose the City of San Antonio Plan Amendment #16084.

Sergio Martinez (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#127I'm signing because I feel that the traffic infrastructure around this area is already overloaded and Apartments increase that demand exponentially.
Valerie Hawthorne (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#128Infrastructure (roads, water, police, etc.) in area is overloaded. Apartments will increase stress on infustructure exponentially.
Greg Hawthorne (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#135I have great concern regarding heavy traffic and water supply.
Charles Mendenhall (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#136Opposed to apartments amendment #16084.
Jacqueline & Donald Boutin (San Antonio, 2017-02-11)
#138Please do not rezone the property. We are concerned about safety, traffic, and light emissions that will impact Camp Bullis across like a road.
Stephen Grams (San Antonio , 2017-02-12)
#139I live in the area. Traffic congestion is already a headache and will only increase if land is rezoned. Class sizes at area schools are already at max also and we don't need more development adding to the numbers.
Kathleen Scott (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#141I'm signing because traffic in this area is already bad and we don't need apartment complexes adding to the congestion of the area.
Robyn Lassen (San Antonio , 2017-02-12)
#152Too crowded and not designed for such heavy traffic and overflow of schools.
Scott Duhaime (San Antonio , 2017-02-12)
#153I'm concerned about the amount of traffic that will be added to Wilderness Oak.
Morgan Hoot (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#166Big Springs on Evans Rd. has been fighting the same problem. I am tired of seeing so many apartment complex's taking over what once was such a beautiful area. Schools will be affected and traffic a nightmare.
Genevieve Potts (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#168Please don't make our lives any more congested.
Angie Lackey (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)

Cathi Pettersen (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#175I work right there and rent is crazy high for small business owners
Nikki Ybarra (San antonio, 2017-02-12)
#177We do not need the extra traffic or crime that comes with dense housing.
Katherine Hodgdon (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#178We cannot support the additional traffic, pedestrian or vehicular, in this area. We purchased homes in this area for the prestige. Apartment complexes do not add to our property values they lower them.
Alexis Horton (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#180I live north on Blanco in Timberwood Park and my child goes to Childrens Ligthouse on Gathering Oak and the traffic issue would be a big concern for me.
Julie Brady (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#181The traffic is bad enough here. Can we talk someone into another gas station in the area?
John Hoot (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#182This will cause even more traffic, accidents and over population not needed, causing more robberies to our homes.
Christine Mettam (San Antonio , 2017-02-12)
#188I don't think such density is good for this area.
Laura Hernandez (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#189Traffic in Stone Oak is very high, there are also a multitude of apartment complexes in the area that only make our schools over crowded but increase traffic. Wilderness and Blanco do not need any additional apartment complexes.
Naomi Sikma (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
#190There is enough congestion without adding to it at this time.
john brooks (san antonio, 2017-02-12)

Audra Curtis (San Antonio, 2017-02-12)
Gustavo Suastegui (San Antonio, TX, 2017-02-12)
