this is one more €€ jackpot for the 'cement mafia' that,in big part, control this corporate govnt;regardless of further irreversable damage to this countryside,and/or it's people.

Because I support the community

Joe Nolan (Dublin , 2021-01-07)

#808

Navy route will divide the community of Mourneabbey further. Also way too near the graveyard in Burnfort . No access to motorway also an issue.

Catherine Murphy (Knocbrack, Burnfort, Mallow, 2021-01-07)

#812

N20 should be extended to Mallow & Mallow yo Limerick should be bypassed with a motorway. Also division of communities at this this time is extremely wrong - blarney, Whitechurch and Waterloo are a community and should be left that way.

House prices will drop - many people are still in negative equity since they bought their and this will further depreciate their house venue.

Nigel Walsh (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#813

I’m against houses being knocked for a road

Jamie Daly (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#814

This road will have a massive impact on my loved ones home.

Aine O’Flaherty (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#815

My house is affected along with sisters house, 2 uncles & 2 cousins. All on the navy route. 5 generations of my family have lived in the house I live in and we are devasted by this news!

Jonathan O'Sullivan (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#817

Unnecessary disruption of people’s homes

Maria Daly (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#819

People s houses will be knocked down and people left homeless!!!

Marian O Driscoll (Cork , 2021-01-07)

#828

I do not agree with this.

Marie Maguire (Limerick, 2021-01-07)

#831

A different route would be best

Vinny Keating (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#839

I object due to the effect this route will have on the safety ,economy environment ,accessibility and social inclusion on my community and family

Christine Mullins (Cork , 2021-01-07)

#844

Friends houses going to be knocked over this

Darren Kelleher (Cork , 2021-01-07)

#846

I dont want a road to interupt my family memebers home build it somewere else

Mark Hurley (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#847

I strongly object to the Proposal of the Navy Route on the New M20 Motorway. It will destroy Homes, Farms and divide our community ! The existing road and the Green route surely makes more sense and the impact on homes farms and families will be far less !

Miriam Twomey (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#853

I think that a dual carriage way on the existing green route would suffice for this envisaged project

Fergus Duggan (Cork , 2021-01-07)

#855

This route will split the community of Whitechurch in two. People who have lived in the community their entire lives will lose their homes.

Rachael O Connor (Cork , 2021-01-07)

#856

It should not be allowed.. People living there all there lives

Bernadette Mooney (Cork , 2021-01-07)

#857

Why not use existing route and save money in this climate and stop runing people lively hoods and home that people put so much work into

Diarmuid Mccarthy (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#859

I'm signing because this will effect the road I live on - station road and the people I live near by who are my neighbours.

Lesleyanne Condron (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#867

I disagree with the routh the road is taking when there are alternatives .

Saundra Walsh (Whitegate, 2021-01-07)

#871

The planet is in crisis. The pandemic has shown us we can make far fewer car journeys to attend meetings, etc. Stop tarmacing over nature.

Helen Roberts (Southport, 2021-01-07)

#873

I am signing this because I object to the Navy Route

Gregg Twomey (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#874

This is my family home address and my parents live there now. It would be so wrong to ruin what people have spent their lives working for. My parents are so happy where they live now and I am happy visiting them where I grew up. No way do any of us want this motorway. You will be ruining lives. Please do not do this.

Marika Rea (Cork, 2021-01-07)

#888

We need a transport system that does not rely on wrecking what is left of our ecosystems and biodiversity

John Baker (Bantry, 2021-01-08)

#890

We don't need more roads, we need more trees and bogs and natural wild areas

Shannon White (Enniscorthy , 2021-01-08)

#895

I’m signing because I think the route makes no sense. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t split the route at Rathduff and branch off to the right to link Ballincollig and left to link Glanmire and upgrade the existing road as a third artery to enter as it does. If the split was in place it would reduce traffic entering Blackpool area by separating traffic to east and west as needed. Finally it would allow the city to grow out farther in time if needed.

Liam O’Riordan (Blarney , 2021-01-08)

#896

Will split farm in 2 and separate my house from farmyard

Tim Humphreys (Whitechurch, Cork, 2021-01-08)

#902

The upgrade is best.

Billy Murphy (17 seminary court Cork, 2021-01-08)

#905

More consultation needed... this affects people’s lives and property not to mention those that have emotional attachment to their homes where they reared or are rearing their family

Betty Hannon-Flavin (Cork, 2021-01-08)

#910

I am opposed this this road due to the economic impact to the country and social impact this road will have on the community.

Michael Forde (Cork, 2021-01-08)

#911

It doesn’t make sense to create a motorway in this area when the t1 option is a better option

Edel Loughrey (Whitechurch, 2021-01-08)

#916

The existing cork/mallow stretch of main road is wide enough to facilitate a motorway without squandering public money on building a completely new road to run practically parallel to it.
An upgrade of the cork-limerick connection to motorway is needed, but not at any cost. I wonder what the public accounts committees view on the navy route would be???

Declan Looney (Cork, 2021-01-08)

#923

I'm signing because my mother lives on the navy route and it would have a very negative impact on her life for so many reasons.

Niamh Ahern (Newport, 2021-01-08)

#933

This proposed motorway is completely unneccessary

Nicola Morry (Cork, 2021-01-08)

#935

Im signing because we really and truly do not any more roads but we certainly need more wild spaces. Also we cant maintain the roads we already have let alone new ones.

Ciaran Seawright (Bantry, 2021-01-08)

#940

we have enough roads and cars! maintain the ones we have rather than making new.

fizz collingwood (bantry, 2021-01-08)

#945

It will impact on the people living locally

Caroline Jones (mitchelstown, 2021-01-08)

#947

I am a farmer and land I have will be spilt in two. Which will make it harder to work. In order to access it all it will add nearly 4.5 km to my trip. Not ideal for me.

Declan O riordan (Cork, 2021-01-08)

#952

There is an existing road that could be extended/widened instead of going through our beautiful countryside impacting rural life, wildlife, farming and residents.

David Grills (Dublin, 2021-01-08)

#961

I object to the M20 navy route proposal, it would be absolute heresy to bury beautiful substantial countryside rich in biodiversity, and bury it in tons upon tons of concrete in parallel with the existing N20 which already consumed such exorbitantly huge public resources to build 30 years ago coupled with the commendeering and destruction of 250 acres of prime agricultural land with CPOs, the biggest land grab in the history of the state at the time
For the sake of the citizens on the navy route, prudent public spending, and our environment
SELECT THE GREEN ROUTE

Margaret O Caoimh (Cork, 2021-01-08)

#962

This motorway will massively change our local community for the worse. The noise, the disruption to local transport links and the visual blight on the landscape are all massive burdens to place on us and are out of proportion to any benefit from the route.

Tim Sheehan (Stone View, Blarney, 2021-01-08)

#969

This would lead to the demolition of my elderly grandparents home

Megan quinn (Limeri k, 2021-01-08)

#970

I think it is not suitable for the proposed area.

Richelle Treacy (Nenagh, 2021-01-08)

#973

I'm signing because I have sensitive hearing and it will divide towns.

Jack Hegarty (Whitechurch Cork, 2021-01-08)

#974

I'm signing this petition because I do not want the navy route to go ahead because it will divide towns and some people could be left without a house in the end of it and it will take children longer to get to school.

Elen hegarty (Whitechurch cork, 2021-01-08)

#978

I'm signing because I do not want the road ruining my farm.

Anne Buckley (Cork , 2021-01-08)

#987

There are a lot of elderly , vulnerable people that this will affect and would not be able to cope with the stress and inconvenience it would cause them.

Carol O Sullivan (Whitechurch Co. Cork, 2021-01-08)

#990

Compulsory purchases go against civil liberties and can't be supported as a right for any government who works for the people to force the democratic majority to act against their own judgement and instruction for government to carry out their will .
