I,m signing because l finished my Diploma in R last year but l,m still not working,it's hard to get a job in Department of Education and it's not fair that they hired unqualified people to be the assistant teachers while they are qualified teachers who are not working and right now l want to carry on with my studies but l can't because l don't have money to pay for my fees,if l may get a job so that l may start my BEd.

Another thing the department of education must treat Grade R teachers fairly, they must be given the permanent position and also they must get all the benefits that other teachers are getting because they are teachers too, as you know they are the first people who put education on children's minds as childrens come to school empty handed, so Grade R teachers are doing the great job in this Country so why are they undermined by the education as l,m saying this they have been paid the small amount and without the benefits.

Lastly but not list the department of education must stop saying only the funza lushaka bursary holder must be hired,we want equality on hiring because we all need the job and is not only those who got the bursaries while studying who needs the job,we need the job too as we did study with the money that come from our piece jobs.
