Alan Campbell (Calgary, 2021-10-19)

Tore is awesome. Not much areas left to ride and off-road. Keeps people from going and tearing up land they aren’t supposed to.

Sarah Langille (Edmonton, 2021-10-19)

Jesse Sapp (Edmonton , 2021-10-19)

#237

I miss Goin out to tore for therapy and ride around. Now I have no place to go to 4x4 and relieve my tension and enjoy my jeep.

Donna Wilkins (Edmonton , 2021-10-19)

#239

a controlled place to have this kind of activity is an amazing resource when you consider the limited alternatives. The fact that this place has built a following and friendship between people all across the province is amazing and should be applauded, not attacked.

jeff macneil (edmonton, 2021-10-19)

#241

TORE is a great place to go have some fun with friends on our machines outside of the city!!! Everyone is responsible while riding out there so I say keep it open!!!

Koby Yourston (Redwater, 2021-10-19)

#244

#250

Devin Porteus (Sherwood Park, 2021-10-20)

#251

We need a dedicated, safe off-roading place like Travis provides. It encourages good driving skills and saves surrounding areas from potential damage from off road vehicles. Plus it is amazing fun and very well run.

Nigel Ashworth (Edmonton , 2021-10-20)

#257

TORE is a great place to have fun in a safe location that is also very family safe and fun.

Jeremie Schissler (Edmonton, 2021-10-20)

#258

It’s a very safe and welcoming place! My family and I always have fun there. We have played there with our Jeeps, tobogganing, had a few fires on New Year’s Eve over the years. The first time I ever went off-road with my Jeep, about 8 years, was at TORE.
Travis has always been welcoming and knowledgeable. Preaching safety and responsible off roading and our responsibility for the environment at all times.
This would be a huge loss for not only the entertainment value but for the great value that helps with ones mental well being!

Walter Thompson (Spruce Grove, 2021-10-20)

#266

Im signing because this park is an amazing experience

Josh Walsh (Calgary, 2021-10-20)

#272

To many facilities like this get closed down. When they do get closed people complain about the repercussions.

Dion Hildebrandt (calgary, 2021-10-20)

#273

Safe offroad places like this are needed, otherwise the only place to learn is on the trail. And that could have very bad situations happening.

Kendal Pearson (Red Deer County, 2021-10-20)

#281

It's a great safe place to drive your 4x4 without destroying public land like so many people do because they have nowhere else to go

Lee Forster (Stony plain , 2021-10-20)

A safe and environmentally friendly park that allows us to get away on the weekend, test the capabilities of our 4X4 off-road vehicles while enjoying the great outdoors and the camaraderie of your fellow off-road enthusiasts.
Great for tourism, people come from all over Aberta to enjoy this park!

Jeff Hiltz (Springhill, 2021-10-20)

Off Roading = Peace of Mind
Being on North America's busiest highways week After week, I need a reset when I get home. Off-Road is where I get my reset(mind straight)

Normand Richard (Moncton, 2021-10-20)

#319

Tore is a family orientated outdoor area, that is great place to spend the day with loved ones, and still complies with covid restrictions being socially distanced from others. Not allowing families to go here would be wrong.

Konrad Hrenchuk (Edmonton, 2021-10-20)

#324

I am trying to help

Stewart Robertson (Monks Head, 2021-10-20)

#326

Jack Clausen (Edmonton, 2021-10-20)

#338

This place provides a safe area dedicated just for offroaders to drive, be assisted and enjoy their hobbys.

Michelle Drinkell (Edmonton, 2021-10-20)

#343

TORE is an amazing places and one of the few off-road parks in Canada, it needs to remain open as a large part of the off-roading sport becomes more and more threatened.

Mitchell Guinn (Medicine Hat , 2021-10-20)

#345

I truely believe TORE should be/stay open to the public! It has proven to be a fun & safe environment for all off-roading enthusiasts. It is also a great place for people to learn new driving skills, that can’t be done on streets or backroads. When my kids got their driving licenses, I took them out there to learn skills everyone should know, that aren’t taught in driving school. Like what to do if you get stuck, how to recover your vehicle, how to drive smart in a different kind of terrain. How to change a tire.. not to mention the bonding time we had everytime we went there.
Honestly, there are not many things people can do now a-days in our Covid restricted world, but be outdoors.. and with everyone in their own vehicles, in a safe & legal environment.. what could be safer than that?
Everyone enters & leaves at the same gateway, they already have us sign a waiver upon entry… what’s one more peice of paper to track Covid contacts?
So I am signing this petition & asking to keep TORE open because it’s a good place to play, run by really great people!!
Thank you.

Shirley April (Edmonton , 2021-10-20)

#349

Great memories here- should still be open for more to learn off roading techniques at TORE

Jennifer Greenough (Edmonton, 2021-10-20)

#350

This never should have been shut down in the first place. It s good clean outdoor fun for adults. It s a communal bonding experience like none other. And it is the backbone of many lasting friendships.

Ross James (Stony Plain, 2021-10-20)

#351

Everyone should be able to enjoy every thing the world offers

Travis Wahl (Medicine Hat , 2021-10-20)

#352

Open it back up!

Jack Ruggles (Parkland county, 2021-10-20)

#359

I’m signing this petition because off roading, and the “act of adventure” is one of the most therapeutic things you can do for yourself.
Having a controlled environment that is safe; earth friendly and people friendly is not something that should be taken away due to the select opinions of a few.
Dogs do NOT have it wrong… hanging your head out the window or mud running is amazing 💗😂

MacEachern Kate (Ballantynes Cove, 2021-10-20)

#361

I think it's a great spot for family and friends to have a great time, as a veteran with disabilities I can't always do the normal stuff as easily, going for walks on trials. So this spot is fantastic that I get to be out and enjoy my time outside again.

Allan Rombough (Onslow Mountain, 2021-10-20)

#368

I have been to this facility and believe it fills a void between crown land destruction and a safe and controlled environment for beginners and expert off roaders to experience the thrills and excitement of off-road fun.

Adam Smith (Wetaskiwin AB., 2021-10-20)

#370

It’s an awesome place for people to off-road with out wrecking crown land and other areas

Without safe and legal areas to off road many people will turn to less legal areas which will cause excess and irreparable damage to the environment. In addition,
many people use off reading as a form of therapy and to destress.
