Vaccine Mandate Objection

I want the mandate stopped.

How fantastic is it to see a local council like Livingstone stand up for its residents who expressed their concerns about the mandate lunacy that is coming for QLD in the coming weeks.
The fact that our premier is wanting to segregate our society is outrageous and should not be allowed. For the past two years we have walked side by side, sat in restaurants together (when they were open) watched a film at the cinemas together, went to the pub together. From the 17th December we will no longer be able to do this is, to me this seems ridiculous.

Vaxed or unvaxed it does not matter, you can still contract and transmit this virus whether you have had your shots or not. So what is the point of all this?

My question to you is what are you going to do Sunshine Coast councillors? Our northern brothers and sisters have taken a stand against this idiocy and voted to work together as a community, together as one.

I'm signing this because no person should be discriminated against being allowed to do certain things based on legal personal beliefs. People should have the freedom to believe in what they want to and history shows that when contravening this inalieable rights it has never ended well.

James Perry (Pelican Waters, 2021-11-19)

These mandates will directly impact my life. Losing my job on the 15th December.

Mitchell Young (Sunshine Coast , 2021-11-19)

The mandate is a total disregard for human rights…and definite,y not about promoting health and well being. It’s about control, money and power.

If you can’t think what to write coz your brain is temporarily fried from all the bullshit (me, most of the time at the moment, lol), feel free to copy, add to, or alter what I wrote:

The mandate is unethical, discriminatory, unreasonable, illogical, and hypocritical. No one should have the right to discriminate against me for my personal medical choices. Keeping me out of hospitality and entertainment venues, but not retail venues, is hilariously clear that this mandate has absolutely nothing to do with health or safety. If so, it’s illogical that I’d be allowed to go to Bunnings, but not a cafe - if it’s so unsafe for me to be at a cafe, why is it safe for me to be at Coles, or Bunnings?! How come the vaccinated are safe from Covid-19, but not from unvaccinated people?? Where’s the science and logic in that? This is clearly a mandate to punish and attempt to control and/or force unvaccinated people (who have made this difficult choice for their own personal medical reasons) to comply. It’s laughable in its transparency, and it would be highly shameful for any respectable council, or government to uphold such a mandate. Freedom is not a reward for compliance - that is what the prison system is for.

I am against the mandatory vaccination of COVID 19 vaccines and the violations of human rights.

I’m signing this petition because I believe the mandates and segregation within our community right now will have adverse effects on we the people. All Australians, regardless of our medical or political stance. I’m signing it because of the significant effects this is having on our communities and local businesses! And because of the mental health outcomes this strain is causing. I’m signing it because I believe in the right to body autonomy and choice without coercion and privilege removal. I believe as a society the choices we make now will set precedent for our future generations and i refuse to be part of a movement that takes our right to medical freedom away and causes segregation and hate within our community.

I’m standing up for myself and my support work clients who don’t want vaxxed carers, and my children who should be able to do what they please without having something injected in to them, that is very risky, just to be able to work.

“Healthy boys may be more likely to be admitted to hospital with a rare side-effect of the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid vaccine that causes inflammation of the heart than with Covid itself, US researchers claim.
Their analysis of medical data suggests that boys aged 12 to 15, with no underlying medical conditions, are four to six times more likely to be diagnosed with vaccine-related myocarditis than ending up in hospital with Covid over a four-month period.”

“More vaccinated people are dying of the delta variant of covid than unvaccinated people, according to a recent report from Public Health England. The report shows that 489 of 742 people (65.9%) who died of the delta variant within 28 days of a positive covid test between 1 February 2021 and 2 August 2021, had received at least one dose of the vaccine. 54.1% (402 of 742) had received both doses.”

Have you used the Covid risk calculator by Oxford University yet to calculate your approximate risk of hospitalization and death? It guesses that I have a 1 in 83,000 chance of dying from Covid - even though I’m 38 and have asthma -

And the unvaccinated are not a danger to anyone that’s been vaccinated “Individuals who have had two vaccine doses can be just as infectious as those who have not been jabbed.”

Too many reasons to list.
A drug under trial should never be mandated.
The drug has caused over 620 deaths and 66000 adverse reactions in Australians.
Vaccinated people can spread the virus as well, so why is it one rule for them, and another for the rest.
Mandates aren’t legal.
The mental health and Welfare of Australian’s should be priority.
Small business are struggling as it is after lockdowns etc, for them to lose a large customer base is most certainly puts them on life support.
Businesses shouldn’t have the onerous task put on them of checking a persons health status.
A persons health status and vaccine status is private and none of anyone else’s business.

The divide, the discrimination and the anxiety it is causing in the communities, even before it has been introduced is horrific. I am not anti vax but this is very different. I am pro choice without the fear of people loosing their jobs, freedom and mental health.

Stephanie l Lister (Maleny, 2021-11-22)

#730

I am signing because I get sick from ordinary vaccines ( cannot walk, intense back pain, fevers, cannot lift arm for weeks ). Therefore, I choose not to have the covid vaccines. All my work involves physical labour. The likelihood to be left unemployable is too great. So, Since September, when I left aged care, I have had two other casual jobs. As I need to get vaccinated for both lines of my new work, I am again without a job. Definitely teaches me to surrender. There are thousands of people in similar positions. I am lucky, as I live in my own home and will not become homeless.

Theda Haehl (Conondale , 2021-11-22)

#731

I’m signing this because I believe in freedom of choice. I believe there are already enough measures in place for everyone to stay as safe as they can. There should only be an option to get vaccinated if that person wishes. There are also masks, washing hands, social distancing etc if people are generally worried. We need to take care of ourselves and be able to choose how we do that.

Aileen McHenry (Peregian springs , 2021-11-22)

#733

The Covid-19 vaccination has not been tested appropriately and there is no long term evidence that the vaccine is not harmful. One should not be forced to use a medical / chemical substance that could potentially cause long term illness, disability and death and especially without being informed of the long term potential effects and risks.

Natalie Ward (Caloundra , 2021-11-23)

#741

Mandates and many other Govt directives currently violate human rights, democracy, and are not based on truth, integrity, justice and freedom. I want the right to return to live and work on the Sunshine Coast and anywhere else I choose.

Dale Worland (Hay , 2021-11-27)

#746

I've had an anaphalactic reaction to vaccines since I was a child. Each one got worse until I needed reviving with the last one. I was told to never have another one by my specialist yet I can't get an exemption. I will definitely die from the vaccine but have a good chance of surviving covid. Doctors are too scared to give exemptions even as they tell me that this one will kill me. The mandate isn't about health or you wouldn't be striking Dr's off left right and centre for trying to do the right thing by their patients. This is about power and I refuse to give you any.

Andrea Burnett (Golden Beach, 2021-11-29)

#748

Its anzbuse of our human rights

Rick Belfield (Currimundi , 2021-11-29)

#752

I do not agree to being in an experimental trial. EUA is not a safety trial, it’s just a way to get around safety trials. Once vaccinated you can still catch, transmit and die. The adverse reactions are everywhere. For these reasons it should be our choice to take this vaccine we should not be forced or coerced to keep our jobs. That is criminal. Freedom of choice should be an easy decision. By our governments deciding to mandate they should be held liable for any injury or death.

Mandates are not laws .. And this is unconstitutional and completely illegal..little to nil consideration for individual concerns or health issues..almost impossible to get an medical or personal example based on beliefs and ingredients have not been tested.. Adverse effects and deaths from these mandated jabs are far more dangerous than a pretend virus or varient and mandates are killing people and causing divide I'm community due to lack of research / knowledge of the truth..
