The exam was very unfair because of irrelevant questions. For us retakers it was really wrong to have question(s) related to empirical projects. I hope we give everyone full marks on that question.

The level of difficulty of this exam was roughly underestimated by the makers of this exam.
First of all, the time limit was way too short. Secondly, if you really understood the content of this course and succeeded in doing the tutorial exercises and previous exams, the exam was still undoable. The questions were far-fetched and the added literature made it even worse.
I would recommend to use an adjusted standard for the grades. (e.g. a normal distribution)

The exam was absurdly difficult, a lot of the content covered wasn't even comparable to the content we did in class and some of the questions required you to have intricate knowledge of certain case studies. No amount of studying could have helped most of us attain anything more than a bare pass on that exam
