JUSTICE FOR BILLY TE KAHIKA & VINNY EASTWOOD

#1

I'm signing to support Billy & Vinny & expose the rotten state of our 'injustice system' within our so-called democracy.

Mark Rasmussen (WHANGAREI, 2023-04-04)

#2

Billy and Vinny are good men who.have been standing up for all of us and are getting the truth out there. Lockdowns have been proven to do more harm than good. These two men have committed no crimes and they are being victimized .

John Hieatt (Whangārei, 2023-04-04)

#5

The people of NZ won't justice
The poltishon lies
The thugs attack the NZ people
A MAN THAT SPEAKS THE TRUTH IS SENTENCE TO PRISON HOW CAN THAT BE DONE.IT WOULD NOT BE CORRUPTION??????

malc turner (Russell , 2023-04-04)

#6

I am signing this petition as the arrest of Billy and Vinny contravenes Section 16 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights -"Freedom of peaceful assembly, Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly."
The COVID-19 Public Health Response Act completely violates our rights and has overridden our democratic rights.
The right to assemble is an unalienable right of every man and woman and is fundamental to a democracy. If the Government can write a law that prohibits people from protesting then obviously the Government has become a dictatorship.

Mary Byrne (Featherston, 2023-04-04)

#9

I fully agree with this petition.

Jean Johansson (Wellington , 2023-04-04)

#12

The right to peaceful protest needs to be upheld as sacrosanct.

Mark Toomer (Wellington , 2023-04-04)

#13

They are innocent, lockdowns were illegal and harmful.

Sabina Egertz-murray (Waipu , 2023-04-04)

#15

lockdowns were illegal and dangerous and both these men did nothing dangerous or illegal. they were exercising their rights peacefully. shame on the government and this judge.

alanna ratna (tauranga, 2023-04-04)

#16

New Zealand is (was?) a democracy whereby evey Kiwi has the freedom to protest against anything they disagree with. The Parliament protest was peaceful and legal and criminalising attendees of that protest is an outright breach of the power given to this govt by the people who voted them in.

Jude Bignell (Levin, 2023-04-04)

#18

Justice Department run by corrupt government who bow to Klaus Swab

Richard Hart (Rotorua, 2023-04-04)

#20

This goes against NZ Bill of Rights. A corrupt government and judicial system cannot operate above the law

Brett Cundy (Wellington, 2023-04-04)

#21

I'm repulsed at the corruption with this so called government. And their criminal destruction of our once free nation. This sentence passed on these two righteous men is absolutely insane. No victims= no crime.

Kyn Darrah (Whangarei, 2023-04-05)

#22

Because they have committed no crime and the fact they were even charged is an injustice the sentence in court was predetermined the judge was reading from a script

Howard Lee (Maungaturoto , 2023-04-05)

#23

This is a miscarriage of JUSTICE. No harm, no victims, no loss. This is an absolute disgrace. Our court system is 100% corrupt and needs to be investigated

Christine Barrott (Northland, 2023-04-05)

#26

This goes against The Bill of Rights Act.

Leonie Tobin (Auckland , 2023-04-05)

#27

I believe that Billy and Vinny were acting for the good of New Zealanders. They were not acting to hurt anyone, or to promote their interests, but to stand up against injustice.

Jonathan Twyman (Whangarei, 2023-04-05)

#29

Prosecution of Billy n Vinny is a gross injustice

James Murphy (Upper Hutt, 2023-04-05)

#31

The conviction cuts right across The NZ Bill of Rights

Danny Simms (Mangonui, 2023-04-05)

#32

I can. Laws are being abused by the law 🙄

Raiha Marsden (Kaitaia , 2023-04-05)

#33

Billy Te Kahika and Vinny Eastwood are political prisoners, something we associate with countries described as "People's Democratic Republics".

Martin Hanson (Nelson, 2023-04-05)

#36

The govt and judiciary in NZ are corrupt. There charges are null and void, covid virus has never been isolated. Zero covid act. Stop embarrassing NZ. Wrong people on trial here. Crimes against humanity and tribunals are awaiting the true perpetrators.

Anahera Pedersen (Waikato , 2023-04-05)

#38

New Zealanders are supposed to have protection to freedom of movement and beliefs under the Bills of Rights. It is about time the Courts started upholding these unalienable rights. No-one was hurt by their actions. There is no victim. Politicians broke Covid guidelines during lockdowns and they didn't even lose their jobs let alone faced any criminal convictions. Real criminal acts with actual victims get lesser sentences than this. Disgusting! I am ashamed to call myself a New Zealander due to the current woke madness running this country into the gutter.

LINDA GARDNER-LEE (Ruatangata West, 2023-04-05)

#40

I'm disgusted by this decision.

sean kearney (Wellington, 2023-04-05)

#41

The protest was legal

Craig Smith (Rotorua , 2023-04-05)

#42

I stand against unfairness to the people and completely imbalanced judgments and ass
essments by the something known as the "Justice" system.

Bhadra Reid (Bay of Plenty, 2023-04-05)

#44

I support Billy and Vinny

Lynda Jaggar (Parakai, 2023-04-05)

#45

The law's a crock of shit.

Kevin Jury (Masterton, 2023-04-05)

#48

I believe that New Zealanders have a right to protest peacefully

Guy Hatchard (Whangarei, 2023-04-05)

#49

This justice system and Government are revolting excuses for Human beings and what's happened to Billy and Vinny is a fkn disgrace

Toni Clarke (Dargaville , 2023-04-05)

#50

The govt changed the law retro actively to arrest anyone and were breaking the law themselves.

Stephen Penniket (Dunedin, 2023-04-05)

#52

It is absolutely disgusting that they were jailed for protesting against a criminal government

Daryl Gove (Auckland, 2023-04-05)

#53

We have the right to protest in NZ. Punishment for protesting is morally wrong.

Julie McMurtrie (Christchurch , 2023-04-05)

#55

I am signing this because we live in a country who’s judicial system is corrupt. The law has been designed to favour those with money, affluence and power; while those who do not have these privileges, are made to be an example.

In these last two to three years, I have seen time and time again the ‘small’ men and women who have being caught up in this bent system. They are being silenced. They are being treated like criminals. They are not. They are trying to uphold their Human Rights.

I have lost all faith in the judiciary. The corruption in New Zealand, is everywhere; not just in this system of control.

Maria Smith (Paeroa, 2023-04-05)

#56

I believe it is their and everyone's fundamental right to protest peacefully.

Jenny Ridngs (Paeroa, 2023-04-05)

#57

There's a blatant mis"justice" going on here and it needs to be sorted out

Jenny Ager-Pratt (Katikati , 2023-04-05)

#59

Their sentence is unjust and unreasonable and makes a mockery of our human rights and justice system.

Neil Reid (Coromandel, 2023-04-05)

#60

The NZ Bill of Rights Act states everyone has the right to peaceful assembly, so no crime was committed.

Deran Mansbridge (Masterton , 2023-04-05)

#61

It's corruption

Scot Gibson (Christchurch, 2023-04-05)

#64

Freedom to protest and freedom of speech needs to be allowed in a democracy.

Victoria Davis (Takaka, 2023-04-05)

#65

I feel it is wrong exposing these two people for standing up for what they believe is right.

Helen Skinner (Christchurch , 2023-04-05)

#66

They are innocent men not a criminals and had every right to peaceful protest of what they believe in, THE TRUTH!! And all you people who are brainwashed or pain off to do this should be ashamed of yourselves

Patricia Rudman (Christchurch , 2023-04-05)

#67

Highlights the present corruption within our judicial system.
The punishment meted out was completely inappropriate & at the very least disproportionate to what occurred.

Craig Taylor (Christchurch , 2023-04-05)

#69

We need our voices back where we can have our concerns listened to instead of being bullied and using fear to stop people from using freedom of speech.

Nat Mist (Hamilton , 2023-04-05)

#71

Their conviction is so wrong !!

Jackie Rawlings (Hamilton , 2023-04-05)

#73

The Freedom of Rights bill is paramount

Selina Thompson (Taupo, 2023-04-05)

#75

No crime has been committed, no one was hurt no damage was done!

Kellie Barnard (Queenstown , 2023-04-05)

#77

These sentences are unjust. The government's Covid rules and mandates were unconstitutional

Bruce C Collings (Golden Bay, Tasman, 2023-04-05)

#78

Billy Te Kahika and Vinny Eastwood has a right to protest pursuant to the NZ Bill of Right Bill.

Clare Swinney (Whangarei, 2023-04-06)

#79

I do not agree with this draconian punishment when they have called out this fake pandemic

Scott Fowler (Christchurch , 2023-04-06)

#80

The right to protest should be guaranteed to all fairly and not just to those who the government deem worthy. What is the Bill of Rights if it does not protect the rights of citizens in this country? Also, what is justice if it does not apply to all fairly?

Sheryl Anderson (Whakatane , 2023-04-06)

#82

He’s being witch hunted by the woke brigade..so very wrong

Kennedy Perker (New plymouth, 2023-04-06)

#83

I support these two good men. They were exercising their right to stand for what they believe in. As we know now the lockdowns didn’t prevent deaths it caused them, higher suicides, small business to close, homelessness and the list goes on. Billy and Vinny are not criminals, no criminal record, they are fathers, they have families. They do not deserve this sentence. They deserve an apology.

Renèe-Rose Schwenke (Whitianga, 2023-04-06)

#86

I believe these two have been unjustly charged

Robert allison (New Plymouth, 2023-04-06)

#88

As a qualified lawyer who focussed on Bill of Rights and Public Law in my Honours degree I see this conviction as unethical and part of a move to totalitarian control of NZ

Mark Atkin (Lower Hutt, 2023-04-06)

#89

I am shocked, disappointed and appalled at the level of arrogance and control this government has through its police and judiciary to sensor and attack these peace and truth loving individuals protesting against which is now known all over the world of the evil covid narrative.

Gerald Smith (Huntly, 2023-04-06)

#90

I'm signing because we all have fundamental rights to peacefully protest against what we disagree with. I believe you have made an incorrect ruling and you need to reverse it immediately. What they were protesting against has turned out to be government over-reach, and should NEVER be done again.

Annette Ellis (Lower Hutt, 2023-04-06)

#91

He didn’t commit a crime he just wants no government overreach over our freedoms!

Thea Braaksma (Nelson, 2023-04-06)

#92

The right to say what you want is fundamental to any decent society. Putting people in jail for making a protest is authoritarian bordering on totalitarian and is morally indefensible.

Mark Sidebotham (Raumati South, 2023-04-06)

#94

…of the deliberate attempt to threaten the free living men and women if they dare to be non-compliant.
This is a travesty for human rights, another one….

Kate Hlavac (Auckland, 2023-04-06)

#96

Billy and Vinnie had every right to protest peacefully under the Bill of Rights. I believe the Government jailed them to make an example of them to stop others standing up for their rights.
We don’t live in a democratic country any more.
Time for everyone to stand up to this Communist Govt and say No!

Rachel MacClure (Christchurch, 2023-04-06)

#99

I believe in the right to peacefully protest and stand up for our fellow countrymen.
I believe in the freedom of speech and that the government is paid by our taxes, therefore they are there to serve us, to listen and heed our voices

heather paku-rodwell (Lower Hutt , 2023-04-06)

#100

They peacefully protested, which is our human right and they stood for each and everyone of us against tyranny. There is no way they should be given a prison sentence for this and if allowed then it is the end of our human rights. Stand up and say NO to this tyranny for the sake of your children!

Julie Bennion (Buckinghamshire, 2023-04-06)

#101

I am appalled at the continued persecution of people who are just trying to put the truth out there and this government just continues to follow a narrative that is being exposed all over the world which proves these 2 men were correct. This government better back down or they will be taken to court one day themselves... and they are the guilty ones, not these 2 men....

donna buck (Waimamaku, 2023-04-06)

#102

Grave injustice, in breach of our human rights.

Chris-Tian RA (Wellington, 2023-04-06)

#103

The whole covid 19 debacle has seen the rights of New Zealanders completely trampled on in a ''Totalitarian'' nature by our government and institutions. These people had a right to peacefully protest and the lockdowns and masking did little other than delaying the inevitable spread of the disease. Given the current understanding of the ineffectiveness of these measures and the harm done by the Jab, governments should now being apologizing to these people rather than continuing to pursue vindictive charges that appear to be based on seeking revenge for a departure from the government narrative.

Paul Robertson (Lower Hutt, 2023-04-07)

#104

This is disgusting that peaceful protesters are jailed. No different to Julian Assange if you speak the truth against these entities they go after you to keep you quiet.

Ricci Te Paa-Smith (Traralgon, 2023-04-07)

#105

This sentence is completely unjust and wrong. You are trying to make an example to anyone who dares to speak the truth that this will be the result! Shame on you all.

Linda Mist (Hamilton , 2023-04-07)

#106

I stand for freedom!

Will Harris (Wellington, 2023-04-07)

#107

I stand for justice BUT AGAINT INJUSTICE.

Jayne Green (Masterton, 2023-04-07)

#108

I have signed because they were peacefully protesting according to the NZ Bill of Rights and broke no law.

Irene Peterson (Palmerston, 2023-04-07)

#109

Billy and Vinny did not breach any laws. Within the context of the social upheaval the divisiveness the hurt caused by a corrupt government over the Covid planneddemic both are stalwarr NZ citizens who did absolutely the right thong

Pem Bird (Murupara, 2023-04-07)

#110

As both these men are innocent.

Wendy Finlayson (Te Kauwhata , 2023-04-07)

#113

I feel both Billy and Vinny have been treated unjustly and do not deserve to be separated from their families at such a time as this when children need the support of both parents a mother as well as a dad

Marea Campbell (Rotorua , 2023-04-07)

#115

I'm signing this petition because this sentencing needs to be overturned on both legal and ethical grounds

Tracey Buick (Lower Hutt, 2023-04-08)

#118

I learnt alot more after the parliament protest from Billy and Vinny

Stephen Hunt (Hawera, 2023-04-08)

#119

Because the law is an ass, it is standing over them. They do not deserve to be jailef

David Shone (Palmerston North , 2023-04-08)

#122

The govt has no right. These are the very people whom they are serving. Disgusting!

#123

It is wrong, full stop.

Rowena Wood (New Plymouth, 2023-04-09)

#125

this is a travesty of the New Zealand "justice" system. No Crime was committed here. Apart from the theft of the citizens Democracy

Graeme Chicken (Rodney, 2023-04-09)

#127

I believe in the freedom and human rights of every single person on the earthplane. That includes speaking your truth. If someone disagrees its their right.

Sharon Bell (Christchurch, 2023-04-09)

These made up laws or rules should never been allowed in a free country over some made up Governments Corrupt Power

Paul Mundt (Opunake, 2023-04-09)

#130

Boycotting NZ products until these political prisoners are realeased

Michael Rodway (Hobart, 2023-04-10)

#131

Freedom of rights is very important

Alastair Cameron (New Plymouth, 2023-04-10)

#132

I believe that there should be freedom of speech and human rights. And there should be justice.

Jacob Subritzky (Auckland , 2023-04-10)

#133

This sentencing is absolutely ridiculous and contravenes everything we the people hold sovereign. Our govt corporation and all its tentacles, including - but not limited to - justice, police, health, education, welfare, taxation - are all corrupt, mismanaged, and don’t give a damn about us as living beings. Billy and Vinny are being treated as political prisoners - shame on you NZ.

Janet Atkinson (Whangarei , 2023-04-10)

#135

I'm a supporter of justice

#140

I think, it was truly unjust, injust, to hand out this very harsh sentence, for peacefully protesting

Gervase Barnes (Auckland , 2023-04-11)

#144

Im sick of the injustice now being shown in NZ by the Government/MSM on Free speech & Vaccine harm .

Bill Hanna (Nelson, 2023-04-12)

#149

I disagree with this astonishingly harsh outcome for Billy & Vinny.
Murderers get less time.
Totally bias to these two lovely people.

Lynn Gibson (Waitomo , 2023-04-14)

#151

I'm signing this petition because the targeting of Billy and Vinny is an attempt to shutdown We the people's voice, and our inalienable rights by what is looking more and more like a top-down tyranny of the political class that has the judiciary in their pocket.

Antoinette James (South Waikato, 2023-04-16)

#152

Injustice, crooked system, good men doing the right thing...the list is endless

Leigh Waite (Whangarei, 2023-04-16)

#156

All people should have the right to free speech.

Patricia Marr (Auckland, 2023-04-17)

#158

No-one was hurt; nothing was damaged. These 2 men/warriors of peace were peacefully protesting about the government's injustices inflicted on NZers, which was their right under the NZ Bill of Rights.

Theodora Ncholas (Whangarei, 2023-04-18)

#162

I am signing as this conviction is unfair and unjustified.

Marie Kraus (Pymble, 2023-04-21)

#163

Unbelievable failure of democracy and justice. Freedom of speech should not be owned by government authorities or pharmaceutical industries. Your country will no longer be viewed as a democracy in any which way if this goes ahead.

Jenny Conway (Epsom, 2023-04-21)

#165

Sentence given is unjustifiable.

Karin Bowman (Christchurch, 2023-04-21)

#166

Unfair and biased treatment of freedom of protest and freedom of speech.

Diane Kats (Lincoln, 2023-04-21)

#167

Freedom to protest is a human right

Truby Tarrant (Whakatete Bay, 2023-04-21)

#168

This is totally political and not a true justice system. I used to admire New Zealand, thinking that they were an honest and good people. Letting criminals go and locking up peaceful protesters is showing a very ugly side of you. Please give them the same kind of judgment you would have given someone 10 years earlier for a peaceful protest. Possibly no judgment was needed whatsoever. Wake up for you are selling your souls to the devil
If the vaccines truly worked with all the lockdowns you would not have seen the mass of deaths with all of your vaccines and lockdowns. Open your eyes and see the truth. You have good people in this country. But apparently not in politics

Linda Ronchetti (Ely, 2023-04-21)

#171

The whole thing is a debacle and wrong. Billy should not have been arrested let alone charged or sentenced.

Megan Kennedy (Burwood, Christchurch, 2023-04-23)

#172

I believe that both Billy Te Kahika and Vinny Eastwood have been treated unfairly. What happened to true justice in our country?

Sonia Simeon (Kaikohe, 2023-04-25)

#177

The court is showing no consistency and furthermore should be respecting the NZ Bill of Rights.

Mick Wilson (Auckland, 2023-04-26)

#178

This is soooo WRONG AND UNJUST

Sandra Godfrey (Napier, 2023-04-27)

#179

It's our human right to protest. There is no victim and COVID is a lie.

Lynette Kidner (Napier, 2023-04-27)

#180

It was not a fair or just prosecution and sentence. Many others were dismissed.

Karoline Roberts (Timaru, 2023-04-27)

#181

He did nothing wrong and has a right to protest under the NZ bill of rights. This is a ridiculous case.

Hannah Busha (Reno, 2023-04-28)

#182

The injustice is horrific and should terrify us all. The world needs to at the very least show its support.

Lee-Anne Ingham (Truro, 2023-04-28)

#184

the NZ government has trampled on the NZ Bill of Rights Act since the Plandemic was pushed on citizens of the world starting in 2019. Billy Te Kahika was exercising his rights of free expression under the NZ BORA. The same govt oppressing and censoring Billy and VInny has also ruthlessly suppressed doctors, dentists, nurses, teachers, midwives, police and military professionals who speak against the NZ govt narrative. There is no open discussion of Plandemic facts in this country by govt or the hired gun media. People were forced to take a dangerous experimental mRNA therapy or lose their jobs. The government will not release the terms of the Pfizer agreement on the sale and provision of its mRNA products. The vaccine-injured are left to suffer without support from the govt that forced them to be injected with an experimental drug. Independent scientific papers are ignored or suppressed if they challenge govt lies. Eminent scientists and doctors are smeared, suppressed, ignored, fired. Front line medical staff testimony is ignored by this govt and its bought-off media. This situation is intolerable in a so-called democracy.

Pam Parsons (Auckland, 2023-04-29)

#185

The world was mislead by medical companies and world leaders.

Terri Corwin (Columbus , 2023-05-02)

I am a NZ citizen by birth. I was horrified to see the unlawful arrest of these two praceful males on video.

Brenda Peterson (Surrey, 2023-05-09)

#190

Vinnie is Innocent

ATHENS RICH (RUTHERGLEN, GLASGOW, 2023-05-29)

#191

A miscarriage of Justice has taken place in this case, and if not corrected, sets a precedence that will have far reaching ramifications. New Zealanders need to see Justice is carried out without prejudice and political & personal agenda's being pursued. I believe the later is reflected in this case - a miscarriage of Justice that needs to be rectified. Freedom of speech, the Freedom to Peaceful Protest and the Bill of Rights take precedence. No lives were at stake or lost as a result of the peaceful protest that took place.

Gavriel Bootel (Auckland, 2023-06-14)

#192

I'm signing because billy and Vinny haven't broken any law by standing up for Nzers , I find the court ruling unjust , I feel they were unnecessarily targeted unfairly because it's every NZers right to a peaceful protest , considering lockdowns were a breach of rights to all nzers ..

Lorna Moore (Auckland , 2023-06-20)

#193

I love these guys and agree with them

Briar Mascheretti (Tepuke, 2023-07-11)

As stated the protest was undertaken for BLM, no consistency in the two protests.
