Petition to Restore Boksburg

Skills Solutions is a Non-Profit organization founded by residents in the Boksburg area. Our core focus at Skills Solutions is to make progress happen. We have two ways of doing this. Firstly, we aim to teach and provide skills to people within the community who want to better themselves and their economic circumstances. Secondly, we aim to better communities holistically – This means we aim to help provide the services which the communities are not receiving. Including the repair and maintenance of infrastructure and providing for the educational needs of children within our area.

There are some key areas in Boksburg that need immidiate change - These are:

• The repair of potholes on Cason Road, Madeley Road and on Pretoria Road.
• We also aim to repaint the lines on all three these roads as the invisibility of these lines present an imminent danger to both pedestrians and motorists alike.
• In addition to the fixing of the potholes and repainting the lines on Pretoria Road we also aim to clean the pavements along Pretoria Road.
• The Boksburg Cemetery needs to be cleaned and maintained propperly as this is hallowed ground and should be respected.
• Lastly, we would like to see the streetlights working accross Boksburg.

To accomplish these undertakings, we need the help of local business, schools, and individuals we would like to raise the nessesary finances and have much needed volunteers in order to ensure the success of our 2024 projects.
