South lanarkshire kids card

This is a petition to get a kids card in south lanarkshire, the same as glasgow city council have. It's for kids age 5+ giving then discounts in swimming, cinema, carnival etc. At present south lanarkshire say due to financial reasons they haven't been able to do this. Let's change this.
