SPCA please open a branch in Namaqualand!

We need your support to help those that cannot speak for themselves.  Animal neglect and animal abuse is rife in Namaqualand - and there is NOT A SINGLE point of help for these animals.  A SPCA branch is URGENTLY needed!!

With this petition we want to show the SPCA the great need there is for a Namaqualand SPCA branch.
