Free Steffany Frazier

Steffany "Stet" Frazier has been incarcerated in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, for 20 years, for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. He is currently 46 years old. He was sentenced under drug sentencing guidelines that were recently changed by President Obama. Most prisoners who were sentenced for similar crimes were released from prison, after the change in the federal sentencing guidelines. Unfortunately, Steffany remains behind bars in a federal penitentiary. While incarcerated, Steffany has remained out of trouble and has been involved in a plethora of philanthropic efforts. Even before his incarceration, he was not a trouble maker. Steffany has paid his debt to society over the past twenty years. Please sign this petition to help bring a father home to his kids, a big brother to his siblings, & a friend to the community. Please signed this petition if you believe a nonviolent offender, who has spent almost half of his life behind bars, convicted on drug charges, should be released to become a contributing citizen to our country. This petition will be sent to local congressmen, President Obama, & Attorney General Eric Holder. Thanks for taking the time to sign this petition. Lastly, here is a personal message directly from Steffany:

I have been incarcerated in federal prison for 20 years. I am a "First Time, Non Violent Offender serving "Life Imprisonment" for conspiracy to distribute "Crack Cocaine." According to Deputy Attorney General, Mr. James M. Cole; The Justice Department's Six (6) New Clemency Initiatives are as follow:

  • 1. THEY ARE CURRENTLY SERVING A FEDERAL SENTENCE IN PRISON AND, BY OPERATION OF LAW, LIKELY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER SENTENCE IF CONVICTED OF THE SAME OFFENSE(S) TODAY;
  • 2. THEY ARE NON-VIOLENT, LOW LEVEL OFFENDERS WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT TIES TO LARGE SCALE CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS, GANGS, OR CARTELS;
  • 3. THEY HAVE SERVED AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF THEIR PRISON SENTENCE;
  • 4. THEY DO NOT HAVE A SIGNIFICANT CRIMINAL HISTORY;
  • 5. THEY HAVE DEMONSTRATED GOOD CONDUCT IN PRISON; AND
  • 6. THEY HAVE NO HISTORY OF VIOLENCE PRIOR TO OR DURING THEIR CURRENT TERM OF IMPRISONMENT.

I fit all six (6) criteria(s). I also have an outstanding prison record and conduct.

Explanation of a Conspiracy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Spl9smcz6Hc).

When suspect A is arrested for a crime and he states that person B was involved in his (suspect A) crime, then suspect B will be found guilty, even if he had nothing to do with suspect A's crime. A charge of conspiracy is a catch-all charge that benefits federal prosecutors.
