Stop late night noise from Habaneros Menlyn, Tshwane, including on Sundays

We , the residents of Pretoria east , here by petition the City of Tshwane,TMPD and SAPS to enforce noise regulations with regards to the sound polution suffered by us from Habaneros restuarant, Menlyn, including on Sunday nights into early Monday morning. Regularly we are subjected to eccessive music noise up to 2h00 in the morning, when noise regulations state that all noise must stop at 21h00 on week days, 23h00 on the weekend and may not occure on Sundays. Zoning conditions require the owner to contain noise /music on site, but the noise from Habaneros disturbs at least 3 suburbs across 2 wards. 

On their website they advertise the extent of their noise created as a draw card. 

We request all authorities to act to ensure our rights are respected and enforced
