Stop Planning Permission at Risborough Close

We are taking a stand to stop the planning permisson agaisnt a new construction taking place at our residence of Risborough Close. 

There are two plans in place. 

1: Planning to construct a 2 story building next to our current block. This will result in the loss of our green field area, wood land and decrease in our bin disposal area for the whole block. This is to make room for the new build and new car park area, which will be connected to our current building but we will not be allowed access to the new parking facilites, it will be strictly for the new build? 

2: Planning to add an extra floor above our current block. This will affect the residents already on the top floor having a very high impact on their property and living. Removal of ceilings and loud noises on going for at least a year maybe more. This is will affect our property including loss of light, air pollution and quality of air and again affecting the surrounding green areas which is home to many plants and animals if to be removed.
