Stricter punishments on 15/16 year olds

I think that ages 15/16 should get punished more than they do now in the law. If they are harrassing, extreme bullying, knife crime, assaulting, criminal damage i think the law should punish them.

By this age they know right from wrong and i think vast majority know they can get away with alot because of the age. I think there should be more in place were if they are doing wrong repeatedly then they should be punished more than getting took home or a night in cells. 

I believe she they should be made to go into a young offenders for an amount of time, if charged with crominal damage then get them doing community service work should be enforced to try and learn/guide them from the offences. 

Some of todays youths have no respect and no morals but with scricter punishment may think twice or learn from there mistakes if more punishment is shown by police and they have the power to do so
