*THESE ARE THE DEAD VICTIMS AFFLICTED BY UNJUST OVEREXCESSIVE FORCE BY THE NATIONS POLICE WHICH HAS OUTRAGED OUR CITIZENS IN WHAT IS NOW A NATIONAL STATE OF EMERGENCY* 

We the undersigned eligible voters of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA in accordance with the Nations Law of Justice, exercise the rights as a people in all states where Illegal crimes were done in an unconstitutional manners of the now deceased victims listed above. They were not given a fair & just trial of accused erroneous crimes claimed by law enforcement which were adjudicated and imposed upon them without  legal jurisdiction, without notice, without legal & safe apprehension and without proper investigation.   We request these rights be made just in EACH states legal prosecution offices to the extreme of penalty along with all individual parties involved in the affiliated crimes of the deceased individual that lost their life in an unlawful, criminal, unmerited, and heinous way.  We exercise the above request as an Execution; of a Violation of our National Citizen's Rights.

AMENDMENT 4-PROTECTION FROM UNREASONABLE SEARCHES & SEIZURES AMENDMENT 5-PROTECTION OF RIGHTS TO LIFE, LIBERTY, AND PROPERTY AMENDMENT 6-RIGHTS OF ACCUSED PERSONS IN CRIMININAL CASES AMENDMENT 8-EXCESSIVE BAIL, FINES AND PUNISHMENTS FORBIDDEN  

Our “Declaration of Independence” Reads: “In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”  

The United States Justice department has failed to implement our “Bill of Rights” thus allowing “The Declaration of Independence” to repeatedly show unjust injury & unnecessary excessive use of physical force while being unarmed and without a validated threat of a probable cause while being unable to defend his/her own life due to forced physical restraint by state law enforcements.
