Urgent Action Needed: Release of Delayed CETA Stipends

  1. To: CETA Management and Relevant Authorities

We, the undersigned beneficiaries under the CETA Construction Program, are writing to express our deep concern and frustration regarding the delayed payment of our stipends.

Our program began on February 3rd, and our contract clearly states that stipends will be paid at the end of each month, or on the working day prior if the month-end falls on a weekend or public holiday. Despite this agreement, we have yet to receive our February stipends, causing significant financial hardship.

We were recently informed that CETA systems are offline, but no clear updates have been provided on when payments will be made or if we will receive both February and March stipends together. This lack of communication is causing uncertainty and distress.

We respectfully request that CETA Management:

1. Immediately process and release our overdue February stipends.

2. Provide clear and transparent updates on the payment schedule moving forward.

3. Guarantee that both February and March stipends will be paid without further delay.

4. Implement measures to prevent future payment delays.

We are dedicated to fulfilling our responsibilities within the program, but we need CETA to honor its commitment to providing timely financial support.

We urge you to act promptly to resolve this matter and ensure we receive the payments we are owed.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned Beneficiaries
