vodacom poor service petition

To Vodacom:

We, the undersigned, collectively demand that Vodacom investigate its network problems and start to tend to them immediately.

We miss important calls. People could be in danger or something terrible could have happened and then your network gives the appearance of being online but then it appears as if the other phone is off.

Your GPRS and 3G service are horribly unstable especially from 20h00 at night up to about 22h00.

While you are at it, also investigate if it is acceptable and legal in terms of the new Consumer Protection Act that people buy data for internet from you and then you expire the balance after 30 days. Shouldn't we be allowed to use all of the data we prepaid for?
