В  момента в София  има подписка от Инициативен  комитет,  чиито предложение е  камерния ансамбъл „Софийски солисти” да бъде награден от Столичната община   за  „артистичната отдаденост, висок  професионален критерии и безкомпромисност в репертоара ...”.във връзка с 50 години от създаването му.  В аргументите на комитета са  и „хилядите концерти в България и чужбина, записите от авторитетни звукозаписни компании, поощряването на млади български таланти и устойчиво изграждане на традиции в изпълнителското изкуство...”.

There is currently a petition by the Initiative Committee, which suggested that in relation to its 50th anniversary, the ensemble ‘Sofia Soloists’ should be awarded by the Sofia  Municipallity for ‘artistic dedication, high professional criteria and uncompromising repertoire’. The arguments of the committee include ‘thousands of concerts in Bulgaria and abroad, the records from reputable and reliable record companies, the encouragement of young Bulgarian talents and the sustainable development of traditions in the performance arts’.
