Against the physical distribution of Final Semester Grade Report, Provisional Passing Certificate and Transcript between 29-06-2020 to 09-07-2020 amid COVID-19 crisis

Regarding our request for not being present physically at Ahmedabad for the documents

Thank you so much guys for all of your overwhelming response to this petition.

Recently, I have talked to the student section, ITNU regarding our request and they have responded the following:

• It is not compulsory to be present at the university to receive these documents on the given schedule if you don't need those documents right now.
• some of the students had asked these documents because they are required for their joining to their respective jobs, therefore, the student section has arranged this physical distribution of those documents.
• You can collect your documents anytime whenever you go to Ahmedabad, Just you have to inform Student section 2-3 days in advance so that they can prepare those documents for you.
• And it is compulsory to complete all of your dues to the library and/or to your department because without completing your dues, the passing certificate will not be provided to you.

So, with this, all of our problems regarding this matter are solved and therefore, I am ending this petition right now.
