The petition is now closed.

I will be printing the names and present the petition to the SGB. I am disappointed though that of the tens of thousands that attended Homevale in the 47 years that only 67 signed, some whom did not even attend Homevale but are standing for the cause.

The time frame can also be seen as a limiting factor since we only had a weekend to collect signatures.

We need to be aware though that we are presenting this petition to the same members who changed it. So we have a losing battle ahead. But other avenues exist where the changes can come to pass.

Thank you again and God bless Homevale High.

Backlash update.

Thank you again to those who have signed. 52 signatures now. More is needed though.

The SGB have tried to silence us by asking me to withdraw this petition. My take on that is that we have hit a nerve and they want to save face.

Please keep on sharing. We are thousands that don't want this change and they need to see that. So get the word out to those thousands. Please

Thank you.

Thank you to those who have signed. My plea to you is that we spread the message to every generation of ex learners of the school. We are currently on 28 signatures with one unconfirmed. Homevale's doors were opened to thousands learners in the 47 years of existence. Please share the link and let the voice of Homevale High School be heard.
