Hello everyone!

First of all, I must say that I truly appreciate your interest here. It's important for our teams to know which are the most important issues for our players.

As I previously said in other threads the lagging issue is an ongoing task for our dev & online team. Indeed,the pace is slow but surely improving. The latest update brought more players to the game so it happens to generate more frequent lagging.

After checking out all comments here and on the Facebook page I've reached out to the teams.
They prioritized the lagging issues and are on it.
I prepared this short form. It would be very helpful for them if you could fill it in so we can all gather more information. Here it is: http://gmlft.co/LagForm

Very important note: This form is only addressed to iOS players.

We're not making any discrimination on purpose here. Right now our team is focusing on finding the most important & recurrent triggers. If it's on iOS then there's high chances it will be on Android too. So the first step will be finding the most important triggers. This is why we have to rule out those that are platform specific. On Android it can be related to the type on device the player is using. Also, there's no China server on Android.

After iOS players fill in the form, our team will analyze the data & implement some urgent fixes. This should improve gaming experience on both platforms. After that, they will look into improving those that are Android specific.
