It's high time now that each n every post on every social media platform should be verified and fake news creators should be penalized. whether it's an account of 10 followers or 10M followers, it doesn't matter.. we have to do this to control the spread of fake news.. many people might argue that it's impractical and time taking but if the companies hire employees for this and work on that, it's possible..this will also create new job opportunities.
