Apex Kremlin, Ghaziabad buyers demand for promised rental Cheques and EMI till possession

I the undersigned bought/booked a flat at Apex The Kremlin Plot No 4/BS-2/3 Siddharth Vihar Ghaziabad under subvention scheme and the builder promised me rental cheques @Rs10/ Sq ft (For 30 months from booking date/ till possesion which ever is earlier) and Pay all Interest on loan amount till possesion i.e. subvention till possession.

Whereas, the builder has stopped and is denying to pay pending rental cheques and interest incurred on the disburssed loan amount as committed during booking the flat. Due to which I have to pay the additional interest on the loan disbursed and have also NOT received any assurance from the builder to clear my dues.

Infact, after multiple request and discussions with builder he has been adamant and denied NOT to further pay any rental cheques or interest till possession whatsoever. I have been denied of what truly is mine and request the builder to pay my pending rental cheques and all pre-EMI (interest) till possession. Please sign the petition if you feel the same.
