Avoid travel companies like MARRIOTT GRAND VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED who lure companies with free vouchers but eat up their hard earned money, such rackets should be closed down immediately

This company ate away my 80000 since April 2022 but never gave any service & always offered services worth 2000 like 500 PVR movie voucher, 2N-3D stay for which they charge 3000+t as utility charges & another 1 Night stay at ITC Gurgaon hotel (All these services were given over phone just to attend a meeting)

While I paid for 2 Airline vouchers worth 5000 each which they never provided & forced to go ahead with those 3 services. Apart from this they told this 80000 is for membership of 5 years which includes 6N-7D stay each year in 4 or 5 star hotels but while booking they asked for another charge known as AMC charges of 8400 to be paid to avail this 6N-7D

They have duped over 1000 customers & nearby by place there are many more people who spent whopping 2,50,000 but never got any services

I request people to avoid such travel companies who give false commitments like happened in my case. I was newly married at that time & it ruined our experience because they never gave any service & not even 1 employee or their directors are available on any social media including LinkedIN website

I started following up on Emails since 8th February but never got any response then started following up on WhatsApp but still same. Their only concern was to dupe customers maybe because their company was in loss as told by their employees that their Directors pay them for office expenses & hide their identities by using fake numbers

How would someone feel safe by booking a hotel or family stay because if they're complete cheaters then who knows to what extent they can go to remove that 1 person who is complaining about them

SUCH COMPANIES SHOW TRAVEL SECTOR IN BAD PICTURE BY MAKING FALSE PROMISES & DENYING SERVICES TO EACH CUSTOMER WHO PAID THEM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY BUT WE ARE A GROUP NOW & WILL TEACH THEM A NICE LESSON
