BIA SAP unpleasant learning conditions

This petition is in regard to our learning conditions with our SAP lecturer. The lack of accountability,lack of communication and being given an assessment whereby we had to be taught during the assessment, recordings for a practical computer module were taken down and not uploaded again, students who weren't able to log in due to the lecturer not registering them properly and not fixing it prior the exam. This has left a distasteful impression on the students and 2024 we had issues with the same lecturer and he was changed in the middle of the year. The module counts 20% which every single student needs but now due to such issues and problems, some left the venue with incomplete assessments and within an institution no lecturer gives information on the day. Students shouldn't be subjected treatment and when the issue is raised the lecturer will deflect and not take accountability and blame students.
