Broadband service from TIKONA but there is very disrupting and fluctuated speed.
I have started my broadband service from TIKONA and i have on 26.07.2020 for 40mbps plan but there is very disrupting and fluctuated speed. After that i complaint many times then they send there Engineer to visit at home but they informed that this fluctuation is normal which is for 40 mbps plan fluctuation is 30,19,4 2 mbps and then theytested on call as they called me after almost 20 to 30 mails in just 12 to 20 days and after complaint on social media there website etc.
The person who called me name Vikrant told that this is not acceptable and i am forwarding complaint for disconnection and after that no mail no call when he said you will get call on 48 hours but after 10 days Again somebody is calling me that we are moving your disconnection issue and you will get mail after that i asked what is for refund he told you will not get any refund i told i have used only for couple of days not a month also. He toldd there is policy i told pl imform first he told i dont know but after sometimes there is ony 1 policy if TIKONA will stp providing net on area then only you will get refund. I told its not acceptable pl tell your admin person to call me then only move my complaint but yesterday on 25.08.2020 i received this following mail.
