Dear Instagram, please change back.

Dear Instagram.

The update you have chosen to implement to your app has not only limited my career, but that of other influencers and creators. 

I create makeup looks on @isabellekategm, and if I wasn't already struggling, you can bet I am now. I know I am not the only social media creator who's potential career was based on your app, and now we have been stopped before we could even start. Enabling people to see what YOU THINK they want to see, rather than posts in chronological order from people they choose to follow, is not only limiting but it's hard to see the point - showing a post from TWO DAYS ago isn't 'instant' like you claim in your app's name. 

Many of us are suffering because of this update, people aren't seeing the content we put out, which means that for artists like me, potential brands and collaborators are not seeing the potential in us. And this also means hours of work: preparation, creation, photography, editing - is wasted.  

I feel so strongly about this, and hopefully with the signatures on this petition it can be seen that I am not the only one. 

Even those of us who aren't necessarily creators aren't enjoying this update too. How are families supposed to keep up with their loved ones if they aren't even seeing their posts? It may seem small, but this affects a wide variety of people  

Artists and creators, and general Instagram users are being held back because of this, so please consider reverting, for your unhappy audience.
