Delayed DPC of Group B Engg Officers of Indian Railway

Abnormal delay in Engg Group Officers. The delay is causing unrest among offiicers. The situation is getting worse day by day as all other departments DPCs are being conducted, but in Engg Department delay is too much. Till date, DPC of 2015-16 conducted. If it goes like this way, the promotion aspects of our is seriously suppressed.
