EMI for various loans taken from Banks and Other Financial Instituitions

Madam/Sir,

We are Indian Citizen working Middle class who has been paying taxes as well as paying EMIs to various banks for Housing Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.

Due to COVID 19 outbreak, the majority of us are facing job loss or reduction in our salaries making it difficult to pay back EMIs on time. 

We do understand that RBI has asked the banks to work on the restructuring of these loans, but on contact, they told us that they don't have any further information. Furthermore, we are getting intimations from banks regarding the restart of EMIs from September 1st 2020

We request you to instruct banks to have the restructuring discussions before the start of EMI payments in September. Moreover, let these discussions be of mutual inclusion so that each party can discuss custom made solutions to tide the problem together
