Facebook group settings should be for founders to change only

A lot of groups are having to start from scratch because 

the group setting has been changed from closed to secret 

either accidently or sometimes deliberately once it's been changed to 

secret you can't change it back so what we are asking is only founders 

can change group settings of have the option of been able to change it 

from secret.
