Fair and Equal Housing for ALL Citizens of India Irrespective of Religion, Race, Caste, Sex or Place of Birth.

I take this platform to bring attention on the violation of Fair Housing Act, Article 14 and Article 15 of the Indian Constitution where Citizens of this country are  discriminated on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth by Owners, Brokers, Real Estate Agents, House Seekers etc., those who are directly or indirectly involved in renting or selling of appartments or independent houses.

With India completing it's 77th Year of Independence, it pains me to bring to your notice that the constitution of this beautiful diverse nation is not upheld. India being the greatest democracy of all times have failed in providing equal rights for all the citizens of this country. 

Many of the citizens of this country struggle to find a place to stay yet even in this 21st century due to being denied housing for family, bachelors with respect to their religion, race, caste, sex or place of births. It is essential to foster an inclusive society where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their religious beliefs. Discrimination has no place in our communities, and it is crucial to stand united against such prejudiced practices. 

Let us come together as a society to promote acceptance and understanding, embracing the diversity that enriches our lives. Together, we can build a community that celebrates differences, breaking down barriers and eradicating prejudice. I urge fellow house-seekers, real estate agents, and homeowners to reflect on the values of equality and compassion. Let us work hand in hand to ensure that everyone has equal access to housing opportunities, free from discrimination based on religion, race, or any other identity.

This is a humble request to all to stand with me by signing this petitition so that we could make this a better place to live in for all citizens with equal rights for one and all. Stand with me to maintain the integrity of this democratic nation. Stand with me in this fight to curb unjust discrimination.
