Faster and More Stable internet

Hi Everyone 

I believe we have all experienced disconnections, slow downs and on certain days inability to even connect to the internet at all.

I have highlighted this several times to no avail in the improvement in the situation. 

I am hoping that this petition will help alleviate or at least have people take notice that this is an ongoing situation which is no help to productivity.
