Formal complaint against Prof. Roman Tandlich from the Rhodes Phamarcy Department

This is a formal complaint against Prof. Roman Tandlich for his unproffessional and unethical behaviour during the Sociology 3 and Industrial Sociology 3 Exam session at Alec Mullins Hall. Below is a list of issues with is behavouir

1. Shouting at students as they walk into the exam session, already setting an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere.

2. A condescending attitude towards students when they ask questions.

3. Disturbing the exams session on too many occassions for no apparent reason.

4. Verbally abusive behaviour towards a particular student

5. Lack of patience and anger mananagement

6. A complete disregard for student's mental and psychological state as they write exams.

7. Making the exam session be about him.

8. No respect for students

9. Unethical conduct as an exam invigilator.
