I think the idea is very powerful, but the only challenge I anticipate is that of legal issues administratively, this will require buy in from Rugby bcoz its not in their schedule for the year....

I am for the idea, fully. I think that(if implemented) would make for a wonderful spectacle. Imagine the diversity at the stadiums.

This idea, in my honest opinion, is one of the best I've ever read/seen.
