We've had to live with this ugly mess for over 7 years now. When the sidewalks first got torn down, my son had to walk in the streets instead of the sidewalk that used to be there. Now we are facing a new son having to go through the same issue once her starts kindergarten this September. We are sick of looking at this and the dangers that this area imposes.

This abandoned construction site is an eyesore, a safety hazard, and a magnet for debris and vandalism. Our community deserves better.

Because I'm sick and tired of seeing that crap as you enter my hometown.
It's been there far too long.
GET RID OF IT

I live on the border of Pasadena and Eagle Rock, do most of my business in Eagle Rock and drive by that eyesore at least five times a week. I can also see the dang thing from my front yard! Please remove it and fortify the hill for those two beautiful homes up above.

Because this site needs to be razed for safety and asthetic reasons. Our community has waited long enough!

I lived in Eagle Rock for many years, and this abhorrent mess is across the street from where I lived...It is a disgraceful eyesore and a hazard...someone will eventually get hurt.

To remove an eye-sore from a thriving community.

After 7 years of this ugly looking piece of land, we demand that the owner, the real estate and the developer of this property need to come together and fanalize the use of this land, that in the end will mutually benefit the Eagle Rock residents and it's owner.

I live in ER. We are trying to keep its character and also allow the neighborhood to grow and become its self again in 2015. Keep the new and the old.

Because this structure is a serious blight to our community and is increasingly becoming a playground for vagrants.

This site is a serious threat to safety and quality of life. My adult developmentally disabled brother has to walk by this abomination twice a day to catch a bus to and from work. He has to walk in the street or gutter because no paved sidewalk exists. My mother who will be 80 this June has doctor's orders to exercise due to her health issues so she walks by this hellhole very early in the morning in the street and gutter. The non-native developer came in to our community to make a profit but abandoned the project when the hillside and the economy collapsed thereby leaving our neighborhood raped and saddled with a late term botched abortion. I'm still proud to say I'm from Eagle Rock but it's demoralizing having to face this eyesore everyday and it needs to be transformed into something safe and useful for our community.

Not only is it unsightly, extremely hard to explain to out-of-town visitors, and a magnet for vagrants, it is dangerous, and not maintained by anyone. The weeds grow so high that those of us who use Linda Rosa to get to Colorado Blvd. can't see oncoming cars or the monthly (maybe) bicycle. Stabilize it, remove it, hide it, but please make it safe before the next earth tremor occurs.

I grew up in Eagle Rock and just live a few minutes away in Pasadena and spend time in Eagle Rock still. Want to see the neighborhood benefit from a better use of the land.

Unfinished construction is dangerous and allows bad business people to continue poor business practices.
