I am sick and tired of losing over R100 airtime almost every month with no valid explanation. They don't even send sms reminders.

Because I realized that when I checked my airtime, iI went from R78 something to R36 something in two days and I had barely used my phone. As I was flying and travelling. But noticed this rather large gap in airtime usage when I didn't even use much.

I'm a Blackberry user and I buy BIS every month but to get that BIS I have to at least buy R180 airtime whereas it only costs R60...so I'd love to know where the rest of the money goes

My airtime also gone. I have unrefuted proof that R150.00 loaded 01/10/2016 had dwindled away hourly without ANY calls made. This contract is airtime alone & now Vodacom is trying to convince me the internet is gobbling up airtime!
There is no data on phone, so therefore no internet access. This is a shameful theft by a large corporation: wrong on all levels
