Vodacom customers tired of "missing" airtime

I for one an sick and tired of buying airtime recharging and having it disappear from my phone. the consultants never give me a logical explanation as to what happen its always excuse after excuse after excuse, its never vodacom its always facebook or whatsapp. as a loyal vodacom customer deeply saddened by the poor service and lack of interest vodacom has shown, they have time for promotions and compeitions but no time to deal with our on growing airtime crises. maybe this petition will help not only me but everyone else to get the answers and the refunds we deserve.
