I first took out a contract HTC One but found I were paying through the nose for it so I down sized to the HTC one mini 2, so wished I hadn't as per petition there are NO UPGRADES of its system, so from £400 to £300 in a matter of months. HTC is ripping it's customers off, especially if you like to run the most up to date operating system. Come on HTC give your loyal patrons an upgrade to Lollipop 5.1 or run the risk of losing much more revenue. I'm disgusted at your actions.

HTC needs to update the One Mini M8 to Lollipop. It's a 1 year old phone and it's perfectly capable of running it.

THE PHONE INDUSTRY MAKES ENOUGH MONEY ON OUR BACK, SO WE WANT, DESERVE TO BE ABLE TO GET OUT THE MAXIMUM OF WHAT WE CAN DO WITH OUR OWN DEVICE, TWEAKE, UPGRADE, UPDATE, OPEN SOURCE....

Support is part of the cost when buying a phone. If not give me a refund.

Pls add Support to your god damn mobiles, you need that if you want to play in the high quality n price league. At the moment htc is not better than cheap china phones though having three times the price for equal hardware. Would never buy one Agadir, if they really stick to closing supp...

HTC One Mini 2 is well within its OTA update period. It needs to be updated in Lollipop Officially.

When I bought this phone, it was announced to get lollipop. I now feel betrayed. This is my first htc and if it doesn't get the update it will be my last. I don't want to run around with an insecure phone. And how can HTC dare to talk about suboptimal experiences. It is their duty to get a major update to run smoothly. If they can't, HTCs developers don't seem to be the best. I just want a secure phone. If you can't manage to get Sense running smoothly, then offer a vanilla android. Then everyone can decide himself or herself if they want to have an extra fancy surface or a secure phone. I don't need fancy surfaces. And i didn't buy the phone because of that. I just want a secure phone.

I believe that HTC do not care that having paid over three hundred pounds for a device that is not receiving any updates is quite like buying a brick, soon all it will good for will be to make calls and send texts as newer software applications just won't run upon this platform, it also make the re-sale value pointless as who wants to buy old software. HTC need to consider that should they continue to stick two fingers up to consumers then be prepared to lose a vast amount of revenue. Personally i think HTC should if they continue to refuse an update to refund some of the cost of the HTC One Mini 2 and others that there are no updates for, you have cheated me out of monies and I have no faith in your company, I have purchased yet another android phone being a Moto g4 which not only knocks spots off the HTC One Mini and most other models at a fraction of the price. Shame on you HTC!!!!!
