The park and duck pond together with the playpark area has been part of our way of life in the area for many years, There are few green areas and these should be protected at all cost.

Save the park, a little piece of nature to go for a walk that is still relatively safe.

This will be devastating to our quiet, peaceful residential area. Property values will decrease and crime will increase.

Apartments or bloc of flats means business.
This is purely residential area, the more people coming, the more troubles will follow. Save the Park

I live in the area just below the intended project and parklands and will not stand idly by whilst elected officials who are supposed to serve us and act in our interests try and destroy the little park lands left. Traffic is already way over the top in our small area so listen to your own findings made and leave the area alone!

The roads, schooling and access points cannot support this , the environmental effect will also be detrimental to the area.
